Dr. Gary Kirkwood, Sr.Dr. Gary Kirkwood, Sr. is the founder and Senior Pastor of King's Temple Ministries World Outreach Church, a "Multi-Cultural" church located in Plainfield, New Jersey. Dr. Kirkwood has been in ministry for over 30 years and pastoring King's Temple for over 27 years. Dr. Kirkwood has set a mandate for King's Temple Ministries to serve the community by promoting the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. He has set the tone of our ministry in a manner that is easy to comprehend, where all people are free to come and worship God. Before leaving, the people of God are instructed in the Word of Faith for the perfecting of the total man to glorify God. This business-savvy entrepreneur, well-established in community, has served on various banking boards, worked with community developments, and is committed to advancing and improving the quality of life worldwide. Dr. Kirkwood is the President/CEO of World Harvest Communications, Inc. with over 20 years of broadcasting experience. Since the early days of broadcasting over WERA-1590AM in Plainfield, Pastor Kirkwood has had a vision of owning and operating his own radio station. The vision became a reality in 2003 when WKMB was acquired. Improving the quality of life for humanity is part of the mandate of this man of God. Through this vision, WKMB is a tool to bring wholesome programming, focusing on education, finance, and wellness, with a strong community focus. Dr. Kirkwood has earned his Master's Degree from Chesapeake Bible College and an honorary Doctorate Degree in Christian Ministry from Saint Thomas Christian College.
